BUILDING BRAND IDENTITY

Your brand is the first thing people feel before they taste anything.

When your Instagram, your Google, your menu, and your email all feel like different restaurants, you're losing trust at every touchpoint — before anyone even orders.

Related engagement model

Foundation

The most common starting point for brand strategy & creative direction.

For operators who need a clear brand foundation, a dependable production rhythm, and stronger local demand.

Before we start

What operators ask before this goes live.

The service changes by channel. The rules do not: one owner, an agreed cadence, and measurement that matches the systems you actually use.

01

Scope

What is the minimum engagement?

We scope the smallest complete system that can solve the problem. The minimum depends on location count, active channels, production needs, and how much your internal team already owns.

02

28 days

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding is the first 28-day cycle: discovery, access, measurement setup, strategy lock, and the first production or activation sprint. Your exact launch sequence is mapped before work begins.

03

Transparent

Is media spend included?

No. Media spend stays separate from Atrium fees, so you can see what funds the work and what goes directly to platforms. We recommend the budget; you approve it.

04

Planned

How many production sessions are included?

Production cadence follows the content demand of the scope. We define shoot frequency, locations, outputs, and reuse plan before the engagement starts instead of hiding them inside a generic package.

05

1–many

Do you work with one location?

Yes. Atrium works with strong single-location concepts as well as regional groups and multi-location brands. The operating model changes; the standard of measurement does not.
